The hotel offered free housekeeping and they had a big and spacious room. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. One of the best things about this hotel was its beautiful building with lots of character that gave more of a home vibe than a hotel vibe. The location was also a plus point as it was relatively close to the main areas of the city.

The hotel was far from being clean, with blurry water in the swimming pool and some parts of the shower being red due to lack of cleaning. The worst part was that the privacy of the guests was not respected, as the staff entered the rooms without permission.
